Terminology

For the purposes of this Agreement (the 'Agreement'), the Platform is referred to as 'we', 'us', or 'our'. Users and other visitors to the Platform are referred to as 'you', 'your', or 'User'. Together, 'we' and 'you' are the 'Parties' and individually a 'Party'.

Processing and Retention Period for Personal Data

We will process and retain your personal data for as long as required by law, or for the period agreed when we collected it.

Invocation

Any reference in this Agreement to codes, statutory instruments, or administrative regulations means the latest amended version, whether the amendment took effect before or after this Agreement was signed.

The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms and conditions. Any references to statements, terms, conditions, annexes or schedules are to those within this Agreement.

Accordingly, we do not guarantee the security of the personal information you provide and cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your personal data.

We may update this Agreement at any time. If we change the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting an update with the new effective date and a summary of the changes.
